How It Works
General information about billing:

Self-Pay Fees
The fees quoted are for self-pay patients and are the professional fees for the doctors consultation. They will vary depending on whether additional investigations or procedures are required.

Pre-Treatment Quote
You will be provided with a quote before any additional investigations or treatment are carried out.

Payment Deadline
Bills should be paid within 28 days of receiving an invoice.

Payment Methods
Payment is via BACS (bank transfer)

Insurance Approval
Insured patients should obtain an authorisation code before booking an appointment.

Excess Payment
Insured patients are responsible for paying the excess on their account.

Separate Billing
You may receive more than one invoice for a treatment episode as the hospital will bill separately for drugs, consumables and use of equipment.
First consultation:

Follow-up consultation

YAG capsulotomy laser package:
£400 for one eye or £650 for both eyes (includes new consultation fee)
Medico legal
£350 plus VAT per hour subject to variation
